Written in plain language on purpose. If any part of it is unclear, ask before you order and we will put it in writing.
We supply netting as an engineering material and state its mechanical properties. We do not design, install or inspect your structure, posts, footings or anchors. The application and the engineering of the supporting structure are determined by the purchaser.
We warrant the net body itself: that the delivered material matches the stated tensile strength and the stated UV and flame performance for its grade, when tested by the method named on the accompanying report.
We do not warrant the assembly. Failure that follows from a collapsed frame, a loose footing, over-tensioning, an undersized support system, or a load the material was not specified for is not a defect in the net.
Goods carry a 14-day written acceptance period from delivery. Claims made after that period, or claims without a third-party test result supporting them, cannot be accepted.
Orders above $500 are settled by bank transfer against a countersigned proforma invoice. We do not accept payment by cryptocurrency under any circumstances, and we do not accept card payment above the sample-kit threshold.
Published figures are typical values from production testing. Textile and polymer materials vary between batches and are sold to a stated minimum, not to a precise value. Where a figure matters to your design, ask us to confirm it in writing against the current batch.
Test documents are issued in the language of the original report. Certified translations can be arranged on request and may carry a cost and a lead time.
We supply material. Unless we have agreed otherwise in a signed written document, we do not: select or specify material for your application; validate your design, support structure, anchors or installation method; approve the suitability of the material for any particular purpose; or confirm compliance with any code, standard or regulation applicable to your project.
All product data and technical information are provided for general reference. We do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose, or performance under specific operating conditions. You must independently verify all data before use, and any testing, validation and approval required for your application are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose (including UCC §2-315 where applicable) is excluded.
Some jurisdictions require chemical-content disclosure or a product warning label before goods may be supplied there. Where we have not yet completed that step for a given jurisdiction, we do not ship there.
As at the date of this page, deliveries to the State of California are not available. We confirm shipping eligibility for your delivery address when we quote.
